Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
Please email us with the following details:
- Order Number
- Name
- Email Address
- Reason for Return
- Photos or video (if the product is damaged)
We usually respond within 24 business hours.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Exchanges
We currently only replace products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
